Our Front Door We recognize that, on extremely rare occasions during the course of your legal matter, emergencies or scheduling issues may arise which will require that we seek the court's permission to continue (postpone) your matter.  In order to avoid the delays caused by this occurrence, we have a relationship with Mr. Brian C. Nelsen, Attorney at Law, to appear and be our liaison with the court.  Mr. Nelsen is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and holds a Masters of Law Degree.  He is the principal in his own firm and has been co-counsel with Mr. Landoll and Mr. Aldridge on prior cases.   Please note, however, that Mr. Nelsen is not an employee of the Law Offices of Richard W. Landoll and that his law practice is a separate and distinct entity.
